“I started my psychology journey in South Africa, when I took my own first-step in the discipline with my undergraduate degree in Social Work. Since then, I have accumulated decades of experience in the mental health field but 14 years in psychology, having worked in three countries (South Africa, New Zealand, Australia) whilst furthering my education. It is important to me that I never stop learning. Psychology is not a stagnant field - it constantly evolves as new research comes to light, and it is my duty as a mental health professional to evolve with it in order to provide my clients with the most effective treatment and care possible. ”
